By completing the booking form below, you are enrolling in a Welsh Women’s Aid course(s). You are also consenting to Welsh Women’s Aid storing and using the information you’ve provided on this form.

The information on this form will be stored in a database of training attendees and in line with our Confidentiality, Data Protection and Sharing Information policy. We’ll use your name and email address to contact you to provide you with training documents and access to the e-learning course(s) you are enrolled on.

If you are enrolling more than one person, or enrolling someone other than yourself, please make sure you have permission to share their personal information.

The length of time your personal data is held will depend on the type of course you are enrolled on (i.e. for different courses we have to hold the data for different lengths of time). To find out how long your data will be held, please see the Training Privacy Notice.

Should you no longer wish for us to hold your data, you can contact us to remove your details from our database. At any point, any attendee can request that their details are removed from our database by emailing [email protected].

Information relating to any financial contribution, such as invoices or other record of payment will be kept for 7 years. If you have any questions, concerns, or queries about how your data is stored, please contact [email protected].
