Beth yw Gofyn a Gweithredu?
Mae “Gofyn a Gwetihredu” yn broses o ymholi wedi’i dargedu ar draws y Gwasanaeth Cyhoeddus i adnabod trais yn erbyn menywod, cam-drin domestig a thrais rhywiol. Mae’r term ‘ymholi wedi’i dargedu’ yn disgrifio’r dasg o gydnabod arwyddion trais yn erbyn menywod, cam-drin domestig a thrais rhywiol fel sbardun i weithwyr proffesiynol ofyn i’w cleientiaid a ydynt wedi’u heffeithio gan unrhyw un o’r materion hyn.
Amcanion “Gofyn a Gweithredu” yw:
- Cynyddu adnabod y rhai sy’n profi trais yn erbyn menywod, cam-drin domestig a thrais rhywiol;
- Cynnig atgyfeiriadau ac ymyriadau i’r rheini sydd wedi’u nodi, sy’n darparu cymorth arbenigol ar sail y risg i’r cleient ac anghenion y cleient;
- Dechrau creu diwylliant ar draws y Gwasanaeth Cyhoeddus lle caiff mynd i’r afael â thrais yn erbyn menywod, cam-drin domestig a thrais rhywiol ei ddeall o fewn y cyd-destun cywir, lle caiff datgelu ei dderbyn a’i hwyluso, a lle bydd cymorth yn briodol ac yn gyson;
- Gwella’r ymateb i’r rheini sy’n profi trais yn erbyn menywod, cam-drin domestig a thrais rhywiol ac sydd ag anghenion cymorth ychwanegol fel camddefnyddio sylweddau ac iechyd meddwl;
- Ymwneud yn rhagweithiol, ar y cyfle cyntaf, â’r rheini sy’n agored i niwed ac sy’n gudd, yn hytrach nag ymateb yn adweithiol yn unig i’r rhai sydd mewn argyfwng neu sy’n agored i risg o niwed difrifol uniongyrchol.
Mae Cymorth i Ferched Cymru wedi’u contractio gan Lywodraeth Cymru i hyfforddi’r hyfforddwyr i gyflywno rhaglen ar gyfer Grŵp 2 a 3 y Fframwaith Hyfforddi Cenedlaethol.
