What is it all about?
Gender Based Violence (GBV) is a major public health and human rights issue that affects people of all genders but disproportionately impacts women and girls. Gender-based violence includes a host of harmful behaviours arising directly or indirectly from values, beliefs or customs relating to gender including domestic abuse, sexual assault, dowry-related murder, forced marriage, marital rape, forced prostitution, female genital mutilation, and sexual abuse. This training aims to enhance knowledge and understanding of the prevalence and experiences of Gender-based Violence.

- Understand the dynamics of the different forms of Gender-based Violence.
- Recognise the signs and indicators of Gender-based Violence.
- Understand how to signpost those affected by Gender-based Violenc
