Violence Against Women: An Employment and HR Issue

What is it all about?

Violence Against Women will be impacting people in your workforce and will have an effect on your staff’s productivity and wellbeing at work. This course is designed to provide tips for managers on how to manage and support an employee experiencing any form of violence against women. The training will help employers identify the signs of violence and abuse will demonstrate the simple steps employers can take to respond to this sensitive issue in line with their responsibilities.
